For who has known the mind of the Lord, or who has been his counselor?

REFLECT 

I try to make it a practice of recording a verse or verses that strike me as I’m reading the bible. I wrote this one down some time ago and I’m pretty sure I have more verses similar to this written down as this type of text really hit home with me. 

With people and things so amiss right now I am so often wondering “What in the world are God’s plans for things and should I share some of my ideas with Him?” Then I find or remember a verse like the one referenced above and realize that I don’t need to wonder or worry. I need to increase my faith and trust in God and know that He is in control, and my human understanding is nowhere near God’s.  

PRAY   

Heavenly Father, thank you for your infinite wisdom and your perfect plans. Help me increase my faith and trust in you. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
