Fjeldberg – Devotion for October 9th, 2025

READ (Psalm 32:8)
I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with My loving eye upon you.

REFLECT

This verse is very powerful and comforting to me in this time of local and global turmoil. I can get very worried and anxious in these times. I can forget that God is in control and has a plan. In this verse, and many others, God assures us that he is always with us. Teaching us what to do, how to act, where to go. He keeps His loving eye upon us. So often I feel God’s plan is missing the mark. I need to remember and keep reminding myself that my human self is so limited. God sees and knows the vast and whole issue.

PRAY:

Heavenly Father, thank you for always watching over us and being with us. Help us to know that you are in control of all and everything. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
