STEWARDSHIP: OUR TIME, TALENT AND TREASURE
All of life is a gift. Our joy as Christians is that we can treasure each breath, each taste, each movement as a gift from God. Our calling as Christians is to care for this gift--to be good stewards of creation. We do this by using our time, our talent, and our treasures to bring about the healing and unity of creation. In fact, there is a point in our worship at Fjeldberg where we offer gifts of money for the work of the church, at this point we often say to God, "everything in heaven and earth belongs to you. We joyfully release what you have entrusted to us. May these gifts be signs of our whole lives returned to you, dedicated to the healing and unity of all creation, through Jesus Christ."
